Living in Alaska, the dream and the trials. We've learned much, and now realize how little we knew when we arrived. The preconceptions and lack of understand was vast. We want to share some knowledge, and provide a resource to allow products from Alaska to have a wider audience.
Quality over Quantity
We have considered this question many times over the years. Every time we encounter yet another cheap knock-off that fails 6 months after we buy it, we are reminded yet again how quality has gone by the wayside over the years. Regardless of your level of customer service, you should still concentrate on the quality of your merchandise, and provide customers with a product that is going to last, and perform well.
While there is a place for cheaper products in this marketplace, we believe that access to quality, lasting products is equally important.
